WhatsApp Messaging
If you opt in to WhatsApp messages, we may collect and store your phone number, opt-in source and timestamp, message preferences, delivery status, replies, and support history. We use WhatsApp messages for service-related reminders, picks deadlines, match or workspace updates, results, support, and other categories you choose. Marketing messages are sent only when you have separately consented where required. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by contacting us.
