Agreement
These Terms govern your access to AedxSolutions websites, workspaces, demos, messaging programs, and related services. By using the services, creating an account, joining a workspace, or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License and Access
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the services for their intended purpose. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect security, comply with law, enforce workspace rules, or prevent abuse.
Acceptable Use
Users must not interfere with platform security, integrity or availability.
WhatsApp Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you authorize AedxSolutions to send WhatsApp messages for the categories disclosed at opt-in, such as service reminders, picks deadlines, results, workspace updates, and support. Message frequency varies by workspace activity. You can opt out by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You can request help by replying HELP or contacting us. Consent to WhatsApp messages is not required to purchase services unless WhatsApp is the selected delivery channel for a specific workspace feature.
Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third-party platforms, including Meta and WhatsApp for messaging, Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, payment providers, AI providers, and email providers. Your use of those channels may also be subject to their terms, policies, availability limits, and pricing.
Quiniela Use
Quiniela workspaces are provided as social prediction and standings tools. Unless separate written terms expressly say otherwise, they are not gambling, betting, wagering, paid fantasy sports, lottery, or real-money prize services. Users may not use the workspace or WhatsApp messaging features to run illegal betting or regulated gambling activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AedxSolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Services and messages are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version date on this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AedxSolutions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
